The rise of IPTV has been stirring the competition in the entertainment world. Traditional television service providers via cable or satellite tv have been in a dominant position, but streaming services have been on a rise. However, IPTVs are making remarkable progress and offer a cord-cutting alternative for just a fraction of the price. This makes it hard to turn down.
What is StreamLive?
If you're looking for an IPTV service that offers a wide variety of content, then StreamLive is definitely worth considering. Not only do they offer a free membership option for everyone, but the quality of streaming experiences is also good. However, if you're looking for something with better performance and more exclusive content, then going premium may be the best choice for you.
There are various plans for you to choose from, depending on your viewing preference. If you're a sports or movie lover, you can pick your plan accordingly. What I like about this IPTV service is that it doesn't bundle everything down into two or three plans. It has many variations allowing you to make a calculated decision based upon your viewing needs. Having said that, this service is quite competitive and as affordable as other leading IPTV services online.
Why should you stream on StreamLive?
There are a few websites that I deem as a scam, but based on my personal experience, I did not feel so. They didn't bill me apart from the original plan and I did get what I was promised. Sure, it wasn't as good as IPTV King or IPTV Box, but suggesting that it's a scam can't be any farther from the truth. Based on my experience, here are several reasons why you should consider streaming on this website.
Excellent User Interface
StreamLive has a great interface. All of the categories are well-segregated, and finding content is quite easy. Based on the content type, you can find various channels in different sections such as Sports, News, Movies, Entertainment, Family, Cartoon, Animations, and so on. Using this section, you can find the content you want to watch in a hassle-free manner.
Quality Streaming
The StreamLive network offers a decent streaming service, though it doesn't have the best-in-class options. I subscribed to it for its "Extra Premium Movies Channels" pack for 3 months, and I got access to channels such as HBO, HBO Family, Showtime, EPIX and Starz among many others. The stream was lag-free and I could stream content in HD quality without any hiccups. However, at $27.99/quarterly, I feel that I could've gotten better service for the price.
TV Guide
The vertical panel displays upcoming and ongoing shows for the next two weeks.
I like the TV Guide feature on StreamLive. It's well-designed and it makes me feel as if I'm accessing a proper guide. There are listings on the channels organized in alphabetical order. So as soon as I step on this page, I'll find channels such as "A&E?", "ABC?", "AMC?", "Animal Planet?", "BBC World?", "BeIN Sports?" and many more. You'll find all the ongoing and upcoming programs on the horizontal panel right beside the channel logo. The vertical panel displays upcoming and ongoing shows for the next two weeks.
How to access StreamLive?
You can access StreamLive in multiple ways. You can search for the term "StreamLive?", and you'll probably find the website on the first page of your search result. Secondly, you can be redirected through an affiliate source since there are many websites that vouch for this service.
Design
There are pros and cons to StreamLive's design. The font, color combination, and content segregation are cool, but the banner design isn't my favorite. I put a lot of weight on homepage banners and the overall visual elements. StreamLive lacks the cutting-edge design mainly because of its unresponsive banners. The title gets chopped off and seeing that the developers couldn't manage a standard 1920Ã1080 responsiveness, you really feel hard done.
Header
The website's header section provides a clean start. There are 10 main options - subscription, premium, tv guide, channels, broadcast, movies, tv shows, telegram, and help. Toward the right, you have a search bar and two buttons - login and register. Overall I like this section because it's simple and straightforward with a login panel that stands out.
Hero Section
This website's banner is not responsive and the text and design are chopped off, has a crappy aspect ratio, and includes social media icons which some people might doubt the legitimacy of the website.
Body
The website offers different content buckets based on the content type. Each bucket can be sorted by free and premium channels. As a visitor, you can click on "Free" to check all the free-to-watch channels and if you have a taste for high quality streaming, you can move towards getting a premium membership.
This way, the homepage loads in a flash and there is less scrolling for the user.
I like the body section of the site because of its excellent content segregation. You can find different buckets such as Movies, Live Sport, Entertainment, Animation, News, and Sports on the homepage. Each bucket has 8 primary banners with four of them in a single row. Under these banners, you'll find pages if you want to check out more channels from that specific niche. I love the fact that the developers have taken a compact approach rather than laying everything out on the homepage. This way, the homepage loads in a flash and there is less scrolling for the user.
Footer
I like the content arrangement in the footer section, but the sudden teal background is not something I was expecting. Nonetheless, the navigation options help you forget everything really quickly. There are two main columns - "Stream Live" and "Information."
Under the?Streamline? option, you'll find options such as TV channels, TV guide, broadcast, premium, help, and forgot password. Under the Information option, you'll find DMCA, rewards, advertise, partner program, affiliate, reseller info and reseller portal. At the center you can find the newsletter section and towards the right is a copyright description.
Inner Pages
When you land on the streaming page, you'll find an in-built player section. This includes information about the stream, such as Title, Language, Views, Category, and Broadcaster Name. You can also check the quality if you look towards the right.
Content
The flagship offering by StreamLive allows users to access 3800+ channels along with 15,000 VOD content from around the world. Channels range from premium ESPN to HBO in HD quality. Public servers can't handle the HD streams and thus you might experience stream lag and buffer from time to time. It's advisable to pick a premium pack for HD viewing if you want the best experience.
Desktop/Mobile experience
StreamLive is a great IPTV streaming service that works with all the contemporary platforms. You can stream this IPTV on a variety of devices, such as your Smart TV, Android phones, iOS devices, Roku, Kodi, and Gaming Consoles such as PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Microsoft Xbox One.
Plans & Pricing
StreamLive has eleven different plans - Premium, DVR Service, Movies10, MLB Extra Innings, PPV Package Boxing, Extra TV & Movie Channels, Adult TV HD Channels, NFL Sunday Ticket, Extra USA TV channels, Extra Premium Movie Channels and RealIPTV.to Service. Each of these plans has specific pricing - you can visit their subscription page to learn more about it. Just to give you a hint, a basic monthly package starts at $9.99/month and the flagship of 3800+ channels and 15000 movies on demand costs $14.95/month.
Suggestions I have for StreamLive
I feel that the pricing needs to be reworked, along with the poor banner design on the homepage. Apart from that, StreamLive is quite a decent platform and in time it will surely gather steam.
Conclusion
I regret not choosing the RealIPTV.to Service package instead of Premium movie channels one. Sure, I wouldn't get access to several premium channels but that sacrifice comes with the cost of 3800+ channels which in my opinion are enough to be your ultimate cord-cutting alternative.
