Stadium Reims

The team from Reims, France, can look back on a long history of success. The men's side have won six league titles and two cups since the Second World War - most recently in 1958 when they beat Monaco 3-2 at home after coming from a 2-goal deficit late in the game! They also made it to European competition three times, reaching the semi-finals once before losing 4-1 to Celtic last year when they were playing under different names (they became known as 'Reims' during that period).

Champagne's stylish, attacking style of play was considered the flagship of French football (équipe fanion, or "team spirit"). The club's backbone has helped bring France one step closer to their dream of becoming world champions and hosting this year's World Cup!

The club has achieved great success in Europe, reaching the final twice. The first time they faced Real Madrid and lost 3-4? But that's not all: another French team had to wait 19 years before they could finally beat them again (0-2)! In the 1991/92 season this powerhouse went bankrupt but luckily for us the 'all men's team' still made the national headlines when, after being relegated from Ligue 1 (French football league), they were promoted back to the lower division, in where it is today - with little fanfare outside of local circles!
