Design
Let's face it, free movie streaming sites aren't exactly known for their stellar or dynamic site design. In fact, if anything, free movie streaming sites have a pretty bad rap when it comes to site design. It is pretty rare that you stumble upon a site like this on the web and are greeted with a remarkable user experience. Sure, there are a few notable exceptions, such as Sling and Viki - but, by and large, I have come to terms with the fact that a free movie streaming site is probably not going to wow me with its design.
Sadly, 4 Movie Rulz's site design is no exception to this rule. When I first visited this site and landed on its home page, I was extremely underwhelmed. It looks a bit cheap, sophomoric, and amateurish. I don't know a lick of code, and I think that if you gave me a few hours and a reference book, I could probably build a better-looking website.
There isn't anything exceptional about this site, other than the fact that it is exceptionally plain and stagnant. Although it is rare, I have seen free movie streaming sites that have managed to really impress me with dynamic, immersive, and experiential site design. These sites will have responsive side-scrolling libraries, windows containing additional info that will smoothly materialize when you hover your cursor over a thumbnail, extensive systems of organization and filtering for easy and intuitive browsing.
Movie Rulz doesn't offer much more than your typical gallery arrangement of movie thumbnails. These titles are split into two main sections: Featured Movies and Latest Movies. The only other way to browse free movie streams is by scrolling up to the top of the page and accessing the site menu bar.
The site provides a variety of helpful sections, such as the Home section which contains information about the site as a whole, and Featured which features select movies. You can also find Hollywood, Bollywood, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Other sections featuring additional languages and adult films. The genres section allows you to filter the available movies by type or release year.
Overall, I'd love to see 4 Movie Rulz undergo a serious makeover. This site appears to have some real potential and it would be nice to see this potential unlocked in future iterations of this free movie streaming site. That being said, as it stands today, I cannot in good conscience say that 4 Movie Rulz is designed well. It is not the worst site I have ever seen, sure, but it is far from the best free movie site from a design standpoint.
Content and Features
So, as you can probably guess, there are a ton of free movies that are available at 4 Movie Rulz. In fact, this site doesn't have the best design in the world, but it makes up for it in the sheer amount of movies that are available. There's something for everyone here and you'll be entertained for hours on end.
One of the great benefits of this free movie streaming site is that it caters to such a wide range of languages. India is a very diverse nation, and it's great to see that 4 Movie Rulz reflects this. Although a lot of free movie streaming sites tend to cater to only 1 or 2 languages, 4 Movie Rulz casts a very wide net. Whether you speak Telugu, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Bengali, you'll be able to stream free movies with no language barrier here.
4 Movie Rulz offers music, in addition to thousands of hours of free movie streaming, in a unique twist. This separates 4 Movie Rulz from most of its competitors. Whereas most free movie streaming sites would maybe offer free TV shows in addition to movies, 4 Movie Rulz has opted to provide its users with free music as well, giving them something to listen to while they search for their next screening.
I have one big problem with 4 Movie Rulz - the lack of embedded movie streams. Instead, you are given links to other sites where you can watch free movies. Most of the movies on 4 Movie Rulz also come with torrent magnet links, so you can easily download them if you prefer.
The reason I don't like this is because when I visit a free movie streaming website, I expect to be able to stream free movies from that site. I don't want to have to blindly click into 3rd party sites that I know nothing about, especially when there is no guarantee that these other sites are safe, even if I have estimated 4 movie bucks worth of rulz to be safe and legit.
I personally don't download any kind of file onto my computer from a site until that site has earned my trust. Maybe (maybe) I would consider downloading torrents from 4 Movie Rulz eventually if they upheld their end of the bargain as a free movie streaming site; that is to say, if they actually let me stream free movies on their site.

Wow, it's been a while since I've seen a free movie streaming site that is both up and down. It's really rare for one of these sites to have a mobile app as well. However, 4 Movie Rulz is definitely full of surprises. Not only is the site available online and easy to use on any device, but you can also download the 4 Movie Rulz mobile app directly from the site.
The app, unfortunately, is not available on Google Play, but there are instructions that will guide you through the download and installation process. Android users, though, are welcome to download the app, either through a direct download link or a torrent magnet link. After downloading and installing the app, you will then need to follow the instructions that come with it to get started.
I cannot speak to whether the app is good. I do not have an Android device, and even if I did, based on the rest of the site, I am not entirely convinced that I would be willing to go through the trouble. Especially if the app is more of the same: links to 3rd party sites instead of embedded free movies that I can stream. At any rate, if you do come to love 4 Movie Rulz, then the fact that a mobile app exists at all will be great news, as this is an extremely rare feature of a free movie streaming site like this one.

There are some really bad streaming sites out there, and it makes my job a lot harder when I have to try to send someone else to a different site. 4 Movie Rulz, I definitely recommend that you make this available to your users.
