livenewsmag.com
LiveNewsMag is a popular streaming site that airs top news channels from the US, Europe, and the Middle-East. It's a great alternative to paid news services and is very popular among MSNBC and CNN streamers. I've seen it for the last three years and it has attracted over 500,000+ users per month.
LiveNewsMag is a popular website that attracts over 20,000 users and nearly 100,000 page views per day. It is similar to USTV GO, which provides many more channels to the users. This service primarily focuses on news content from major news networks.
LiveNewsMag is stagnant in terms of its channel lineup, with only a few additions from Al-Jazeera and Ghana over the years. It hasn't been focusing on expanding its content library, instead choosing to stick with what it has.
When you search the LiveNewsMag online, you'll see links to various channels that are broadcasting live news. For example, if you type "MSNBC Live Streaming," we'll be one of the first results that comes up. You can also watch MSNBC online, as well as other channels like CNN, BBC, and Fox News.
What is LiveNewsMag?
LiveNewsMag is a news content aggregator that offers 50+ news streaming channels to its users, regardless of location. With a stable internet connection, you can watch the world's largest news networks for free.
Why should you stream on LiveNewsMag?
Not many streaming websites focus on just one type of content. For example, LiveNewsMag is more diverse and offers pure news content in an easy to use manner. You can watch major news networks from countries like the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia without any problems. This makes it an excellent option for people who are interested in current events.
Real-time broadcasting
LiveNewsMag doesn't offer on-demand content or catch-up content. Almost every news channel on the website shows real-time content. So, if you tune in now, you'll find the same content on CNN as you would do on your cable network. What's even better is that it provides a synopsis for every channel so you can have a fair idea if you're interested in streaming a particular news channel about which you have no idea.
Expansive News Content
This news-focused site has content from a variety of major media outlets, so you can stay up to date on any breaking news.
Access within a single click
We've seen this feature on the USTVGO streaming service. LiveNewsMag though it does have ads doesn't compromise on the user experience. As soon as you enter the website, you can access the news stream through the media player by clicking on a particular channel. The only time where you might have to click more than once is when you're using the search bar to find a channel you can't see on the homepage.
Ads don?t disrupt browsing
There are a lot of ads on this streaming network, but they are well placed and don't bother users. You'll find dedicated Native blog advertising sections on the right followed by a couple of banners in the hero section. There are no misclicks or annoying pop-ups which force you to another website.
Regional News
You can watch local news channels from different parts of the United States by switching between different Fox News stations. For example, Fox 2 covers San Francisco; Fox 4 covers Dallas; and so on. Remember, there are other major networks as well. This means that you won't miss any important news coverage no matter what is happening.
How to access LiveNewsMag?
You can access LiveNewsMag by typing a keyword in the search engine or by clicking on this link: LiveNewsMag. I'd urge you to use a VPN to stay protected from hackers at all times before doing so.
Design
Overall, I think that the layout and design of LiveNewsMag is much more pleasing to the eyes than FreeInterTV.
Design-wise, LiveNewsMag is better than FreeInterTV. Though it doesn't look the best in the news category, it's not completely bland. This website has the US colors - blue, red and white all across the website. The moment you visit the homepage, you'll see a header in that color combination followed by the category tab which has the red and white combination. As you move down, you can see some diversity with a grey background but that's about it. Overall, I think that the layout and design of LiveNewsMag is much more pleasing to the eyes than FreeInterTV.
Hero Section
LiveNewsMag?s hero section has a menu with options such as American, Europe, Russia, Africa, Al Jazeera Network, Subscribe Pro and Contact us. If you hover over the options, you?ll find a sub-category in each of these menus. For instance, when you hover over American, you see Fox News and NBC News. Upon clicking any of those options, you?ll be taken to dedicated pages comprising of regional channels from those news outlets. Besides that there is a slide menu that has four slides- ABC, ABC 7 Chicago, ABC News 24 and ABC 13 Action News.
Inner Pages
If you visit the inner pages of a network, you'll be taken to blogs written in 2016. When I clicked on UK > BBC, I ended up on a landing page with different BBC channels and a short summary of them. Further clicking took me to a dedicated page with a summary and media player which plays the live stream from that channel. One thing that caught my eye was that even on the inner pages there are native ads on the right (similar to the homepage).
Content
If you're a fan of watching the news, LiveNewsMag could be a great alternative to paid news services. You get 50+ major news networks from around the world, including: NBC, MSNBC, ABC, CNN, Fox, BBC, Al-Jazeera, ADOM TV (Ghana), Emmanuel TV (Nigeria) and Zee News (India).
You can stream any news content you want on this website. With the abundance of regional content, staying up-to-date with the world has become quite easy. One thing that this streaming service lacks however, is depth. Sure, it covers major news networks in the US and UK, but it falls short in coverage of European countries and even Indian news channels such as NDTV, Republic TV, and Aaj Tak to name a few.
Desktop/Mobile experience
I've streamed LiveNewsMag on my 14? Dell laptop and I had a decent streaming experience. Additionally, I even tried to stream it on my Google Pixel 2, and that experience wasn't shabby either. However, I have to say that streaming on the desktop feels better than streaming on mobile phones because of advertisements - which in this case wasn't that much. The developer seems to know that disruptive ads can increase the bounce rate and thus has worked on improving the user experience by placing ads in the right places.
Suggestions I have for LiveNewsMag
If LiveNewsMag wants to attract a worldwide audience, they should think about markets such as India, Australia, New Zealand, and other Asian countries.
Though I get that ad revenue is the driving force in such a content aggregating website, and CPC is low in those countries which leads to the neglection of those regions, but if that's the judging parameter than having African or Middle-Eastern news networks don't make much sense either.
Conclusion
If you're in the United States, LiveNewsMag is a good option for streaming news for free. Though it doesn't offer the widest range of channels, it does offer a quality streaming service. There's no premium network or service which will provide you the adrenaline rush, but if you're a news lover, I'm sure you have that in plenty already.
